Floor Sanders
Floor sanders refinish wood flooring by staged abrasion. The family covers drum sanders for heavy stock removal, orbital sanders for fine finishing, and edge sanders for the perimeter the big machines cannot reach.
Cómo funciona
Refinishing runs coarse to fine. The drum sander's rotating abrasive sleeve takes off finish and flattens cupped boards in diagonal then straight passes; the edger matches that cut at the walls. Orbital machines then oscillate finer grits to erase scratch patterns before finishing, with dust bags or vacuum extraction capturing most of the airborne load.

Every drum job needs an edger for the perimeter, and pre-1978 painted floors bring lead-safe practice into play.
