Concrete Placement
Concrete placement equipment moves and consolidates fresh concrete between the mixer and the form. The family covers vibrators that consolidate the pour, pumps and buggies that transport it, and crane-handled buckets for placement at height.
Fonctionnement
Placement is a race against workability. Buggies and pumps move concrete from truck to form before slump is lost — pumps through pipelines at rates a wheelbarrow crew cannot match. Once placed, an immersion vibrator's vibrating head liquefies the mix locally, letting trapped air rise and the concrete consolidate fully around reinforcement.

Distance and access decide the transport method: buggies handle open sites with ramp access, pumps reach over obstructions and into forms buggies cannot approach, and crane buckets serve high-rise and deep placements. Vibrators are matched by head diameter to the form size and reinforcement spacing.
